This week Thursday it was such a nice day out, i decided to take Devie on a walk to the park near our house. So off we went, just me and my baby girl~ I let her crawl around on the grass and eat her snacks. She crawled around so much she had grass and mud smears on her pants. I told her "wow you play hard "ha ha

I held her hands while she did the foot work part (took baby steps) we walked up the ramp to the very smallest "baby slide" and she had fun after the first slide down she wasn't so sure, then the second and many other times she liked it and got the hang of it with mommas hands out spotting infront her on her way down(typical first time momma.ha ha). She kept using her baby crocs as brakes. Since the hospital is also so close to our house, we walked from the park over to meet elle on her lunch break. Out of all the hospital food i've had. There's is really good, they have the best grill. Plus free food, she works there so i just put it on her tab. On the walk back home it was only a few blocks and it was starting to get Hott outside and i was like Whooo this is a work out ha ha It was a fun way to spend the day, before we left for vacation the next day.

We went camping for my sister Elle's birthday just overnight. We were gonna do the weekend but that beginning of the weekend was really crappy weather, BUT the next day it looked good and we said "let's just go for it!" and went. It was a lot of fun! Notice there are no pictures of my sister and it's HER birthday..she didn't like the ones we took so no bueno..if it wasn't her birthday i wouldn't have abliged ha ha

::At the park::

SO Devlyn hasn't been feeling very good since last Saturday, from teething and everything. But she HAS been showing lots of improvement since yesterday afternoon and today so that was awesome! I decided to take her to the park to have some fun plus we got to take her cousins along which was a plus! So this will definitely cheer her up! Our silly devie!

Me & My niece Monique. Her friends call her "Nikki" i call her "Mofart" it doesn't sound very nice but it's our inside joke. She acts older then she thinks she is, she just turned 7 in Feb people!! She is such a good little mommy to her younger brother and sister, and to her baby cousin. She is always willing to help. She loves to sleep over at my house! Everyone says she has my attitude and acts just like me and always tries to do what i do, or wear her hair the same as mine and etc..WhOops about the attitude..ha ha but i ♥ her!

I'm suprised they all fit into my SUV + my kid! Thank goodness for the 3rd row! ha ha

So we get to the park, and the kids scatter to the playground. I unload the baby and grab my diaper bag and purse and our park blanket. I set all my stuff down and lay out the blanket and sat down and i look up and i see 2 moms that came together were just staring at me! I was like what the heck? And they were whispering to each other..And then i was like Oh..okay. It's because they think i have 6 kids! ha ha I was about to say "C'mon it's Utah, what do you expect? I have 6..you only have 1 each..you need to catch up! ha ha It wasn't until the kids were like AUNTY come push me! AUNTY watch me go down the slide! that they seemed like OH okay. But i just shrugged it off and just had fun with the kids! I did feel like i wonder how people feel that do have 5 kids like my sister does. Its like do they feel like this? when they bring there kids to the park by themselves? that's sad..I mean it's not like i was the Duggars and unloaded my huge passenger van HA ha ha. I do like that show though. Rob dosen't let me watch it though. He says we don't support them having that many kids. lol

Her cousins always fight over who gets to feed her [even though she can hold her own bottle] and who gets to push her stroller..I make them take turns, it is nice though to have all these little helpers around. They just love her sooo much and she loves them!

Seth! He is 2 years old. Will be 3 in Jan. He is devlyn's body gaurd he won't let the kids pick her up sometimes, it's funny how protective he is of her! This one is spoooiled, he has his mom and dad so wrapped around his finger it isn't funny. SOunds like someone else i know...

i look funny in this pic, but i thought it was cute of devlyn. She kept crawling over me.

My nephews, Kalab is 8. He says he has a girlfriend already kimberly the neighbor across the street ha ha and tells me he loves her. I said does she love you? he said no she dosen't..but i still lover her. I think he will be a heart throb in highschool, he will do anything you ask him to do or to help out and is super athletic. Uriah is 9 turns 10 in october, he is the oldest sibiling, always has to keep the others in check, a little too much sometimes..he can be very stubborn and bossy but aren't they all when there the oldest? He is smart, he's kind for the most part though. I always tell him when you start to drive. I'm going to feel really...really..OLD.

Kiara, she's 5 now. In pre-school, she's smart when she wants to be lol, she still likes to be babied. She also tries to help out alot! I love being her aunt!

Happy Birthday Grandma!

Today August 8th is my Grandma Kathy's Birthday! My mom gave me a quick bath this morning and dressed me and got me all ready to go bye-bye with my G-ma & G-pa!Devlyn loves her grandma! We are so grateful that devlyn has such great grandparents that love her and spoil her or as they say, she isn't spoiled just "well loved.." ha right... they love spending time with devlyn especially on the weekend that's there "devie time" they take her overnight on friday or saturday nights, they have tried to convince me into letting them take her 2 nights in a row..which most parents would jump at..but im still attached to my little stinker and yes 1 night off is a much needed break, so im grateful for that. And i know she's well taken care of and having a blast so i don't have to worry. But we always miss her when she's not with us =(

Singing the happy birthday song along with mom and dad...but in her own baby babble Getting her ready this morning took less time then i assumed so we had some time to spare while waiting for her grandparents to pick her up. She got an hour in of nap time.

She was fussy from teething =( so i put some baby oragel on her gums and let her suck on some ice through her net teether it seemed to help, then daddy held her and rocked her to sleep...poor babes. stupid teeth!

Salmon Fry

Tonite we went to the Payson's Annual Salmon Supper they put on every August, they fly in thousands of pounds of salmon in fresh from Alaska! Tons and tons of people come to the salmon supper, one of the servers told me in her line she has had 798 people since 5pm in her line, And there are 4 lines going. In her line she said i've gotten people from arizona,and kansas that came just for this how crazy. Hah! and to think i'm from Orem a few cities away and i thought that was something. The line for food was really long,went around the park..but we were with our family and we talked to the people infront of us. Also,there was a band going to entertain the people waiting in line, it moved at a steady pace so it wasn't too bad it was the funnest i've ever had standing in line, joking around and dancing lol. Devlyn met this little boy named James that was just barely 1 years old. They kept starring at each other and the grandma holding him said "look at that beautiful girl why don't you give her a snuggle." which to find out was a "hug" lol.. standing in line for the food was sooooo WORTH IT though. Only SOME of the people there.

They cut one of these big pieces of salmon into three pieces and that's how big your portion is! and it comes with a roll,coldslaw,corn on the cob and dessert and bottled water. It is a ton of food! It's $15 dollars a plate, but if you buy your tickets early it's only ten dollars. Grandpa usually buys all our tickets which is very generous lol..but yeah all the money goes to help firemen and fighting fires and etc.

Firemen turned salmon cooks. Straight from the grill and on our plates! It's the most delicious salmon i've ever had! We were sooo stuffed! OH and rob dosen't like fish so he got Mcdonalds..I was like YOU are missing out! Can't wait to go again next year!

Last nite our friends took us to go see Chris Cagle, inspite of the expensive but crappy food..the music was great we were right infront of the stage all sweaty and all but dancing along and having fun and that's all the counts RIGHT. Thanks friends!

Sale

So i haven't bought myself any clothes in a while, But last week i was at the mall and RUE was having a sale i couldn't deny.

I got 4 tops,1 skirt, 1 pair of black heels and black boots (in the pic above) and the best part is it only costed $22 dollars + tax! yeah that's a price that not even your husband can get mad at! ha ha
