Our Lil Baby

Baby is 23 weeks: She is the size of a large mango! She weighs about as much as a large mango as well, which is just over a pound. (Length: more than 11 inches.)
This gives you an Idea of baby inside the womb, Except the Ultrasound tech said she's upside down and in the "head down" position.

So, I'm hoping you guys were able to catch on & read the letters downwards that spell out "KHLOE"that's what were naming our baby girl! We've always liked the name, but when we were pregnant with Devlyn..It just didn't feel right, and now it does. I don't know how to explain it. We don't have any middle names picked out. We haven't gotten that far yet, but I can tell you one will be a English name & the other a Hawaiian name.

We had an ultrasound appt on Monday, December 27th (her daddy's birthday) She was just precious! We watched her flip completely over which was freakin awesome, we never saw that with Dev.

Baby kept her hands close to her face and liked kicking her legs (a lot!) She is such an active baby, the ultrasound tech couldn't even get a steady profile pic, because as soon as she went to take the picture she rolled completely over, facing my spine and hid her face, she's such a little Diva! *no pictures please!* ;)

All her measurements, heart, bladder, kidneys, brain & spine looked good. She is measuring a week ahead, so she's already following in her Big sister's foot steps ;)

As for mommy's comfort level, I find my self SO tired so quickly, and well it's getting old! I hate not being able to do everything I want to get done. But learning I can get it all done just not as quickly..

OH! here's a funny one for ya, the other day we were walking out of the store and I sneeze & coughed at the same time and you can probably guess what happened next..I'll give you a hint ( I "had" a full bladder) It was so embarrassing luckily we were leaving to go home right then.


We can now feel & see baby move on the outside. Rob, family & some friends have felt her move around or kick them, which is pretty cool & weird LOL.

RAWR!!!

We made it in time for the feeding of these Gar Fish ( i think that's what they were called...) and they fed them live little gold fish :(

Today, My little family & I went to the Museum of Ancient Life at Thanksgiving Point. The "Dinosaur Museum"
I've never been and was kinda skeptic that it would be boring..But to my surprise we had so much fun. I liked all the hands-on activities that Devlyn could do, and all the displays she could actually "touch." I was amazed at all the huge models of dinosaurs, it was pretty cool! We ended our outing in the gift shop, she picked out a dinosaur lollipop & a dinosaur head on a stick, she would run after us with his mouth opening and shutting like it was coming to bite us. LOL. Than we ate dinner at El Pollo Loco, and got some yummy Chicken Tamale's, Beans, Rice & Churros and Strawberry Fanta Soda to wash it down. It was another good time with the fam :)
