Monday morning..

I don't even know what to name this blog..but i just wanted to share what happened this morning.

And i have no pictures..you will understand why, but it's a short story.

So i was feeding devlyn some breakfast and we had some maple brown sugar oatmeal and some apple slices and milk and water. We were sitting in her room eating while she'd go play then come take a bite and so forth,Well i was feeding her and noticed she needed a bum change, so i change her diaper and she quickly flips over and for the first time it was too quick for me to grab her and lay her back down, and she crawled away. So i wrapped up the diaper and was like oh kay fine i'll let you crawl around naked this once! * i NEVER..NEVER let her do this* But since i just changed her, she should be fine...Well she crawls away and crawls up to the changing table and stands there. ALL of a sudden there's this spray sound, i look over and she's PEE-ing! Just standing there like a little boy PEE-ing! Like nobody's business, like it was the most free-ing experience, just smiling and letting it go, there on the carpet in her room! I was like what are you doing!?!?! And she just looked at me like...What mom?

So that's not happening AGAIN, lol but i grab her and take her into my bathroom to take a shower, i get her undressed, she crawls in the shower, knowing how this works. I undress her then turn on the shower and then when i open the glass door she can crawl in. Nope she's just doing her own thing this WHOLE morning apparently..she crawls in i turn on the shower, it's set on the same temp we have it on so i wasn't worried about that. But it turns on and the noise i guess freaked her out she crawls out like something BIT her, she's BALLING, it was sooo freakin funny lol..and said SEE you were supposed to wait, anyways. That's my morning story.

*One morning i came in and she had one of her diaper straps undone..i was thinking hm..did you do that? or did it just happen..she moved her hand back and forth over the strap so i have no idea if she knows how to take off her diaper..yet, i guess we'll see

Happy 1st Birthday Devie!

November 28th was Devlyn's 1st Birthday and we celebrated by throwing her a little party at our house. *english accent* another present pleeease ha ha

Everyone watching the balloon artist go to work ha ha! poor guy..the kids were like can i have a helicopter can you make me a motorcycle! he was very busy..and pretty good, dev wouldn't take her eyes off him. He was a good idea, im glad i hired him. He was a hit! Because we all know theres not much you can do for a 1 year old's party..

GOOD MORNING BIRTHDAY GIRL!

She just smiled at looked at us like "you guys are crazy.." "i don't know what's going on..but i'll go along with it"

We let her open her first present in the morning, then she discovered that it was just a coat, and not a toy..and crawled away. ha ha!

Her party set up, in our living room, it was houle-style decorations, but real hawaiian food. When everyone arrived, i decided i need a bigger place. ;)

Her birthday invites, I used the pictures we took when we were on vacation in september, on the beach in San Diego, CA.

Devlyn's party turned out great, she had so much fun, and by the end of the night she passed out, we had a lot of fun too and are grateful to our family and friends that came for devlyn. Thanks to my sister for working hard in the kitchen cooking all that good hawaiian bbq food. And for all the love from everyone. Thanks for loving devlyn, because she sure loves you all! Spring,Autumn,Me w/ baby Craigen and Anna w/baby Kambriee. That little boy was so sweet, and cuddly, just fell asleep on me, made me want a little boy even more. Than reality sets in, and im like uhhh not right now i don't want another one. Devlyn's plenty for me! ha ha,

He was sick :(and his mom woke him up and took him in the cold, in the stroller down the street to go visit other family, i was so mad. I was like "let him sleep, i just got him down, and you wanna make him cry!" but i guess you can't tell people what do to with there kids..lol

She had a baby feast, tried a little bit of everything and loved everything she tried lol, I'm most thankful for this little girl! I love you spoiled brat!

Throwdown Showdown 5 Homecoming! Me and my friend Carley at the fights, they were sitting somewhere else, but we made them move to us, cause we had prime seats :) it's funny, because i guess everyone around us wasn't sitting in there assigned seats either..and so happens that those seats to whom they belonged to, they showed up late, like way late..and made those people move! we got lucky, we didn't have to move, even though we all grouped and sat together.

Me and my babe, on our way over to the fights, to sell the shirts that he made for our friend that was fighting Jamie "Boogie" Anton, he didn't win this fight, but we don't care we love him and just go to show support :) And all the shirts sold which was good, SO..the 1st fight of the night TKO, aww..esome! later on 1st girl MMA, not kick boxing fight that throwdown had, it was between this airforce chic and this other girl that was a mom, and she was gorgeous and was smiling, and the other girl had this like mean look, well the pretty one..she kicked the other girls butt! it was crazzzy! cause i did not expect that..oh and that they gave away a not a car, not a watch, but a HOUSE to the fighter of the night! a freakin HOUSE people!

Is it really that good?

So.. we got a new IN-N-OUT burger here in Orem,UT And i knew the hype would be big because we don't have one here. But last week friday holy cow, the line went through the parking lot and around. After i was getting off work my sister called me saying she was craving it, so we went (she's had it before, when she lived outta state) as seen before..the line went through the parking lot..but the drive-thru was surprisingly pretty quick. And the food was pretty good..but maybe i wasn't exactly "hungry" for a burger that nite, cause i thought it was alright, my sis thought it was AMAZING..so there you go, From 1-10..I give it a 7.5 minus some points just because of the hype lol..but i love how simple there menu was #1,#2 or #3 lol..
BUT... i will give a 10 to right across the parking lot from IN-N-OUT to SHOGA! They have the best shrimp tempura rolls! It was like $6.50 so fairly priced between Azuka & A more expensive Happy Sumo.. But they are amazing! Rob got the california rolls like he usually does, but after having my shrimp tempura ones, he loved them! After i had them, i was craving them everyday until i had them again like i was pregnant or something (which for the record i'm not) ha ha just sayin. You eat them in like 10 mintues because there so delicious, but i tell you it's the best 10 minutes of your life! ha ha This place just for this particular roll will be my favorite place until i get sick of it :) P.S. I took my sister there, she LOVES them so much after i took her to eat there, her husband made her get him take out just to try it, yup.... he loved it too! Yup go try it, get hooked on it too because it's so YUUUUmmie! :) :) :)

LOL, he fell asleep with his neck bent all the way to his back, he's pretty flexible i guess..ha ha i moved him so he wasn't bent though.

He is the BEST early christmas present! We love him! He's so playful,cuddly, and loving and spunky! Come over and play with him! He is the perfect addition to our family, now there was 4! ha ha

"Danger" Our new addition to our family...

We got a new puppy! As soon as i saw him on KSL, and talked to the breeder. I knew he was the chosen one! ha ha jk. He is a purebred chihuahua. He is black, with a white chest, and white feet (looks like he has socks on ha ha) He is about a 1/2 lb. now. His mom was pushing 3lbs. and his dad was 4lbs. So it's expected that he will be no bigger than 4lbs. Or i'm getting my money back! ha ha jk! He is so cute, cuddly with a huge playful personality. My friend Carley, volunteered for the mini-road trip. She drove me all the way to Wyoming to get my puppy. What a good friend right :) lol i am lucky! Anyways, as soon as the breeder met up with us at a local park, i gave her the money and his attitude was like peace-out people! There's my mom, he was licking me and his tail was going crazy, he was soo happy. Right now he sleeps in the bathroom with a baby gate on the dooor, and he sleeps on this heart shaped pillow with his own blankie and lil bear. He only whined for a minute or two, they hopped on his pillow and fell asleep. He goes potty outside when we take him. He's been such a good pup, we LOVE him so much already. Now devlyn on the other hand is getting used to him, he has super sharp teeth and nails. So she gets hurt when he trys to nibble on her hand so she dosen't like that. But other than that she is okay with him. We introduced him to our other dog that is a black lab, "Dom" he sniffed at him and etc..but didn't do much, we couldn't let the puppy on the ground because were afraid, he'd try to use him as a chew toy lol. So we are gonna wait a while to let them play together. SO we didn't name our puppy for 2 days, because we couldn't decide on one! But he does have a name. We named him Danger! I'll post a pic of him when i can. And y'all are gonna have to come over sometime to play with him :)

My baby is turning 1 soon!

Oh my gosh i can't belive my baby girl is almost 1 years old! The year has definitely flown by, i can't even remember what it was like when she was an infant, until i look at pictures and some memories come flooding back but even still it's hard. I look at her [now] and just can't belive how big she's getting, she's such a big girl :) From her height, too her hair growing longer,to her sassy attitude, her new words, her new teeth! She's amazing! I absolutely love being her mommy :) ok so over the "emotional stuff" lol, I got her birthday invites finished and i think they turned out so so cute, her birthday is on Nov. 28th, and how often do you get to have your b-day party on your actual birthday, so since it falls on a saturday we are pulling for it! We are having a little luau party, with some hawaiian food and birthday cake of course, nothing too fancy. Were just really looking forward to spending her birthday with the people that love her! Her family and a few friends :) I'm excited to see her eat cake! And attempt to open some presents ha ha It'll be fun, then i'll have to get used to saying "oh yeah i have a ONE year old!!!

bang season?

#1 BANGS!
I got bangs! yeah i haven't had bangs since i was in Elementary school! ha ha but anyways i got bangs, and there not straight across, they more side-swooped bangs, really textured fun choppy kind ;) But i played around and took some pictures of them straight across. I'll have to post pictures soon. (you'll have a good laugh) but anyways i LOOOVE my new bangs, after i styled them myself and learned to do them how "I" like them. I love em! I thought gees why didn't i do these SOONER!?! oh yeah no i was too freakin scared! But apparently a lot of people are getting there bangs cut this season? is this like a trend before winter thing that i didn't know about? I mean duh, i know you can have bangs all year all the time. But i know of 10 girls that have gotten theyre bangs cut around the same time as mine..so makes me wonder..it must be BANG SEASON!!! yeah i've declared it, it's official, if you already have bangs, go get them cut again lol! & If you've been thinking about it, i say just GO FOR IT! Except there are some kinds of bangs that you should not doo..stay away from those 80's style ones. Scary.

Oh, while were on the topic of hair. A week from getting my bangs done. Like two days ago from now (11/14) i went with my sister to get her bangs cut, cause she liked mine so much, and we got hair bling put in. For those that don't know what "hair bling" is..they're basically just shiny pieces of strand you can get put in your hair to give a little bit of shine to it. They just tie it to a few strands of your hair and pull it down to the scalp. I think they are way cute, not over the top. And i've gotten a lot of compliments on them already :) so i highly recommend them!

I made these hair clips that morning, from some old baby head bands i took of the shiny bows and the ariel pieces i got at the dollar store that came with a necklace. So i just glued them on, and glued some of my red hair extenstions, and this is what i came up with.

She woke up to us walking around the mall trick o treating, she was so happy, she dug in her bag and got some candy i had to take away the bag and give her the licorice.

She passed out! She was so tired, friday and saturday(halloween) she had trick-o-treated 3 times!! So by the last time (was the 3rd time) we went to the mall she was sound asleep. She definitely got the hang of it after a while. Everyone kept telling us "now that's how to trick o treat", seeing her asleep in her stroller. ha ha ha.
