I came back from the kitchen to find her just a sipping out of my drink (strawberry soda!) i said DEVLYN TAYLOR!!! and she just kept sippin' and sippin' like it was no big deal, minding her own business...

And i know she was drinking it for real, because the straw is RED!

Trying to sit back up, that chair is so huge and comfty sometimes you get sucked in! We inherited this gigantic recliner from our grandpa. It is perfect for movies! Thanks grandpa!

Playing this evening in the Rasmussen Retreat Theatre before bedtime is Confessions of a SHOPAHOLIC!

C'mon mom i'm ready...already!

So this week Me and Dev watched a girly movie together, CONFESSIONS OF A SHOP-A-HOLIC, It was cute, My 2nd time seeing it, her 1st lol. She fell asleep a little over half way of the movie but she did good. Lasted longer than i expected. :)

We ♥ our daddy!

I just wanted to take some time out, to do a blog today about our wonderful husband and daddy. Rob was just as excited and nervous and i was to be a parent, but every since he's laid his eyes on his baby girl she has just stolen his heart. He said before she was born that i'm going to be the strict one and really make sure she behaves and etc. Well so far he folds like a lawn chair towards anything she wants, she definitely has her daddy wrapped around her little finger! He was nervous to help change her diaper and bathe her, but jumped right in! He dosen't even think twice about how to take care of her, he showers with her, feeds her changes her, except he does call me when he needs back up when it is a massive dirty diaper lol. But he just loves being a dad and i love that, he simply adores her everything he said about being so strict on her has for now has gone out the window! Probably will kick back in when she starts dating..ha ha. I love you babe! You are the best daddy! I know that devlyn loves you very much & i know you know it being her first words were DA..DA!! I'm so thankful for all your hard work, for providing for us and taking care of us. XOXO Your Girls, Momma & Devie

Girls are FUN

So i was just playing around and put some curlers in her hair, ya i had to fight her to do it, she kept moving her head

so she wanted an otter pop we said no, well you see how she has no curl on the right side, and only one red clip ya she took them out, and mom and dad folded like a lawn chair she got one.

Making messes is hard work..

I put her in the swing so i could clean up her little mess she had made, when i was done i turned to look at her and she was passed out..ha ha

After i had tried to feed her some of her baby food, apples & blueberries, she didn't want any of it. Just her bottle, so i set it down behind my chair and took her out of her high chair, i put her down on a blanket to play with her toys and went to do something, well 5 minutes later this is what i found!

New house, new puppy!

So as you know we moved into our new place July 1st, and now that we have a big back yard and a house! We can finally get a pet, so we got a lab/blue heeler mix puppy! His name is Dominic "DOM" Rasmussen He is a crazy frisky little guy, of course always getting into stuff cause well he's a puppy!

Devie's little cousins "Kambriee is here!"

Cousins (Hayvin is 2 months older than Devie lol.)

Kambriee's older sister Hayvin Brooke Pearce, born just last year Sept 15th, 2 months premature she weighed 1 pound 9 ounces. What a miracle baby! She now is 9 months old and weights 11 lbs, Her cousin Devlyn is 7 months old and weighs a little over 20 lbs.

So 2 days after the baby shower Little Sister Kambriee Jade Pearce is born! Spring had her Tuesday July 21st 09 she was 5lbs. 5oz! We got to go in and visit her in the nursery, she is sooo cute! We ♥ u!
