Right after I gave him a bath. Look how fluffy he is. I love that he is still puppy soft and he's almost 2 years old. He also has a "fat neck" ha ha! But he's still cute as ever!

Cute hair!

I'm always trying different hairstyles when it comes to Dev's hair. She's a good sport most of the time (she knows the routine.) Poor girl, has had her hair styled and messed with since she was born (she had so much hair as a baby) and it made me so happy. Because, I thought she'd be like me. (I was bald as a newborn..with a teeny bit of peach fuzz) so when she was born, I wasn't expecting to see a full head of hair, we got lucky! :)
My pet peeve:(Ok, I would like to say first, there are times where Dev's hair isn't done..no one's perfect and sometimes I get lazy and just put it in a bun or pony tail or pig tails..something easy, but cute) but when people don't do there kids hair, 'ever' and it looks tangled and a hot mess all the time. I just don't get it. I mean how hard is it just to put it in a quick combed pony tail? I don't know maybe I'm just OCD..but I like my daughters hair to look cute & done. Maybe, It's also..due to the fact that when I was growing up..my grandma always brushed, curled or did our hair and made sure we looked nice. I guess some people just don't care. And that's fine..too each it's own. Tris..get over it! ha! ha!

Date Night!

Thursay Night was Date Night for us. We decided to go see a movie. We went and saw "PAUL" a movie about an alien crashes down on earth and captured by the government and he escapes and tries to go back home. It was pretty funny. So I usually cut myself off from seeing movie, once I reach a certain point of being pregnant. Because, sitting upright in those chairs for almost 2 hours..is really uncomfortable. But for some reason, I was all down for going (were talking now 37 weeks preggers too) I think it was because we haven't gone for so long, that I wanted to go. So I picked up some classic movie savers tickets from my work (they sell them at the cashiers office in the hospital, for cheaper, they also sell them to the public..just in case anyone wanted to know.) Movie treats: Huge drink & Large popcorn with lots of butter to share. Rob always gets his "white cheddar" flavoring for "his side" and I get plain M&M's to dump on my side..there so good cause the popcorn is hot and melts the inside of the M&M's..(this is not just a preg thang) I do it all the time..and its REALLY good! :) When we got out of the movie, we went to the cotton candy machine, which I really wanted to try (y'all know how much I love my cotton candy!) but it was off. But Rob, found the cord and plugged it back..we were trying to be descrete about it..and all of a sudden the music starts going off..lol! So we hurried and put in the $2 bucks and off it went..making us a cotton candy! How freakin cool! N.E. ways, It was a good little date night with me and the hubs. I think all parents needs a little "us" time away from the chillens (children) even if it is just a simple date to the movies :) Adults Only! ♥ T Momma

This morning, I was slightly awaken by my 2 yr. old she climbed into bed with us. And even though it was well enough time to "get up" for the day. We cuddled and fell back asleep and slept in til 10 am! It was so nice to just sleep in..and not have to wake up so early for once..like we usually have do during the work week. Rob and Devie went upstairs and when he returned he smiled and handed me a plate of pancakes! They were delicious! Such a small thing. But I thought it was so nice of him to just surprise me and make some pancakes so I could have "breakfast in bed." love you babe!
