U Scream! I Scream! We all Scream for..

ICECREAM!!!






Today we had lunch at Artic Circle, Devlyn got a kid's meal, her mini-corn dogs and chocolate milk and fries. She loves to feed herself! and pick-up her own food. Then when they came around to give away kiddie cones, we got one for dev, we haven't ever let her have one on her own just because it's really messy and etc..etc..and she didn't have a bib or tray..but we let her have it, it was perfect size for her to hold, so we let her go for it! In this first picture above,she was looking at the icecream and then back at rob "like okay, daddy i got it, you can let go now" and had a firm grip on it, she would put the whole top of the cone in her mouth, but she did good and slowly ate the whole thing, and she's really good about always chewing what's in her mouth, and not just swallowing her food. But yup just another tid-bit of she's getting to be a big girl and not a widdle baby!

New J.O.B.

Here i am again, And thankfully i got a new job and quick too! I'm grateful for that. I got a job at the Fairfield Inn in Provo. I work the Front Desk. I just barely started. And I like it so far..I have only worked 2 shifts {training} but i guess they felt confident that on the 2nd day of training they left early, and left me working the hotel by myself, which i found i did better with them gone cause i wasn't so nervous and luckily i remembered what they taught me in such a short time. And how to send off reports to the owner, that made me most nervous lol.. But yeah i work am or pm shifts, and there pretty flexible with school, and i get great discount rates to stay at any of our hotels. But i plan on keeping working hard and doing what i'm supposed to do, so hopefully i can stay here for awhile. We'll see how it goes, so far so good...

I am going back to school! I'm registered for SPRING 2010 Semester, I'm taking an English class on campus and a math class online :) I just started on weds, and so far my teacher seems pretty nice and we had our first class discussion assignment on line and we all had to right a little introductory of ourselves, to help us get to know each other and we had to write a journal entry and that was our first assignment, Home work was finish journal entries and then study for a spelling test lol, I just bought my books today and i got one from someone off Ksl.com for 25 dollars, and usually new it's 60 dollars, so that was cool. Then i bought my other english book from beat the bookstore for 46 dollars, and i have to pay for a Math lab of 70 dollars, and i bought a laptop that will be compatible for me to do my online courses and research papers and etc..And that cost even more money. So all in all i really have to try my best, not only for my family, so i can suceed and be able to what i need too inorder to be a nurse, but it's a lot of money to just waste and not finish. So if that's not motivation enough i don't know what is. I feel so nervous and stupid i haven't written a paper before..but i'll learn how. I'm excited to just start and be going back in the first place and not putting it off! Wish me luck! Go Green! -Trisity

BLAH!

I'm so lazy when it comes to my blogs now..I don't know why, maybe it's because i'm such a face book junkie now LOL. When i used myspace i was all into it, then it got really,really boring, then i was amused with Blogging on here. THEN i became a facebook fanatic..well maybe not to that "extreme" but you get the gist of it..I'll try to post something of intrest, no promises on if it's interesting lol ;) PEACE!

Monday morning..

I don't even know what to name this blog..but i just wanted to share what happened this morning.

And i have no pictures..you will understand why, but it's a short story.

So i was feeding devlyn some breakfast and we had some maple brown sugar oatmeal and some apple slices and milk and water. We were sitting in her room eating while she'd go play then come take a bite and so forth,Well i was feeding her and noticed she needed a bum change, so i change her diaper and she quickly flips over and for the first time it was too quick for me to grab her and lay her back down, and she crawled away. So i wrapped up the diaper and was like oh kay fine i'll let you crawl around naked this once! * i NEVER..NEVER let her do this* But since i just changed her, she should be fine...Well she crawls away and crawls up to the changing table and stands there. ALL of a sudden there's this spray sound, i look over and she's PEE-ing! Just standing there like a little boy PEE-ing! Like nobody's business, like it was the most free-ing experience, just smiling and letting it go, there on the carpet in her room! I was like what are you doing!?!?! And she just looked at me like...What mom?

So that's not happening AGAIN, lol but i grab her and take her into my bathroom to take a shower, i get her undressed, she crawls in the shower, knowing how this works. I undress her then turn on the shower and then when i open the glass door she can crawl in. Nope she's just doing her own thing this WHOLE morning apparently..she crawls in i turn on the shower, it's set on the same temp we have it on so i wasn't worried about that. But it turns on and the noise i guess freaked her out she crawls out like something BIT her, she's BALLING, it was sooo freakin funny lol..and said SEE you were supposed to wait, anyways. That's my morning story.

*One morning i came in and she had one of her diaper straps undone..i was thinking hm..did you do that? or did it just happen..she moved her hand back and forth over the strap so i have no idea if she knows how to take off her diaper..yet, i guess we'll see

Happy 1st Birthday Devie!

November 28th was Devlyn's 1st Birthday and we celebrated by throwing her a little party at our house. *english accent* another present pleeease ha ha

Everyone watching the balloon artist go to work ha ha! poor guy..the kids were like can i have a helicopter can you make me a motorcycle! he was very busy..and pretty good, dev wouldn't take her eyes off him. He was a good idea, im glad i hired him. He was a hit! Because we all know theres not much you can do for a 1 year old's party..

GOOD MORNING BIRTHDAY GIRL!

She just smiled at looked at us like "you guys are crazy.." "i don't know what's going on..but i'll go along with it"

We let her open her first present in the morning, then she discovered that it was just a coat, and not a toy..and crawled away. ha ha!

Her party set up, in our living room, it was houle-style decorations, but real hawaiian food. When everyone arrived, i decided i need a bigger place. ;)

Her birthday invites, I used the pictures we took when we were on vacation in september, on the beach in San Diego, CA.

Devlyn's party turned out great, she had so much fun, and by the end of the night she passed out, we had a lot of fun too and are grateful to our family and friends that came for devlyn. Thanks to my sister for working hard in the kitchen cooking all that good hawaiian bbq food. And for all the love from everyone. Thanks for loving devlyn, because she sure loves you all! Spring,Autumn,Me w/ baby Craigen and Anna w/baby Kambriee. That little boy was so sweet, and cuddly, just fell asleep on me, made me want a little boy even more. Than reality sets in, and im like uhhh not right now i don't want another one. Devlyn's plenty for me! ha ha,

He was sick :(and his mom woke him up and took him in the cold, in the stroller down the street to go visit other family, i was so mad. I was like "let him sleep, i just got him down, and you wanna make him cry!" but i guess you can't tell people what do to with there kids..lol

She had a baby feast, tried a little bit of everything and loved everything she tried lol, I'm most thankful for this little girl! I love you spoiled brat!
